What a glorious way to start Monday morning. Calvin Thompson dropped his latest edit, entitled ‘Winter Spirit’ –  a documentation of the first Winter Swell to hit the east coast in 2017. And so beautifully cut to Joy Division’s ‘Disorder’. Creating a sense of sadness, yet a contentedness to dwell there. A happiness to be in your sadness. And a wonderful juxtapose it creates, enjoying Davey, Gavin, John and Mookie slide into shangri-la like barrels while Joy Division preaches anything but utopia.
