A trash strewn parking lot has become a familiar sight for Durban locals hitting the dawnie at North Beach. It appears that long-running restaurant and nightclub Joe Cools have been having a tough time disposing of their refuse properly, leaving overflowing dustbins, which are either blown over or rummaged through till the carpark looks like this [View Image larger].
